LCM Environmental Ltd. in partnership with Tanknology, have created a revolutionary system, which enables us to inspect storage tanks without the risk and cost involved in man entry.

Petroscope enables LCM and Tanknology to offer customers a safe and hassle free tank inspections.

With Petroscope the tank is purged with Nitrogen and a remotely operated camera is lowered into the tank through the fill pipe to give a detailed visual inspection.

Using Petroscope offers a unique view of the interior of the tank and as part of the service the whole inspection is recorded onto DVD and accompanied with a full report and recommendations for the customer to view.

Petroscope can now provide real justification for man entry for sludge removal or non-destructive testing should that be necessary.
