Back in 1987 LCM Environmental Ltd.s core product was cleaning and maintaining Terminal Storage Tanks. Since then LCM has come on leaps and bounds and has moved into new market sectors.
Although LCM has moved on we still employ the same teams now as we did back then.
We have therefore built up considerable amount of experience in all aspects of installation, maintenance, and demolition of terminal storage tanks working in UK and abroad.
Our services include:
- Inspection, non-destructive testing of wall thicknesses and reporting
- Cleaning, maintenance and repair of tanks and pipe work - irrespective of fuel type

Our teams are specialists when it comes to manned tank entry and are supported by LCMs own plant equipment, these include,
- High Pressure Petroleum Regulated Vacuum Tankers
- Multi-Pot Tankers
- Our fully equipped 12-ton de-contamination vehicle, housing Compressors, Showers and Desiccant Dryer with Breathing Apparatus facilities.
- Self contained air compressor’s mounted on tailor made trailers
All of our teams are certified for confined space entry, correct use of line fed breathing apparatus and trained to City and Guilds standards.
All of our operatives training exceeds that require by OCTEL, HSE and MOD SPR3.
